Offline customers are those customers that are part of the workspace but have not been invited to use Boombirds. Offline customers will not receive notifications or status updated at any part of fulfilling the service request. In this video, we show you how you can add an offline customer on Boombirds:
In summary,
Click on the ‘Manage Users’ option from the main menu to access user configurations page and access the ‘Customers’ tab
Click on the ‘Add Customers’ button on the bottom to access the ‘Customer Details’ menu
Enter the details of the customer and turn off the ‘Send invite to user on Creation’ toggle at the bottom before clicking on ‘Next’
In this step, choose the customer groups you would like your customer be part of. Click on ‘Submit’ once completed
