In some organisations, the field force may also work as the back office employee, as this employee seamlessly transitions from one role to another, Boombirds is intelligent enough to understand this transition and you don't need two roles for a single person.
By default the Field Force employee will only have rights to perform the field operation related tasks, so if you want to give them back office permissions you can configure them under the User Permission tab.
To start click on Configure to access the configuration settings.
From the Configuration page click on User Permission to configure different roles and user access levels in Boombirds.
You will be able to see some pre-configured user roles/permissions such as Customer, Staff, Management Staff and Owner. You will be able to edit these roles and have custom rights by clicking the pencil icon. You can also create entirely new roles by clicking the Plus (+) Button at the right bottom.
From the Add User Permission Menu, you will able to create new roles.
Click on Field Staff to change the access rights.
Enable the Can this field force perform back-office operations to give the employee access to all relevant workflow related items.
Click here to start configuring your user permission.
