To make the process of managing your licenses and billing hassle free, you can find all the information related to your organisation under the Network Profile page and manage all the billing related information from the Billing page (all under Configure).
In Summary,
To edit your organisation details, click on the Configure to get started.
From the Configuration page click on Network Profile to edit your organisational details. From this page you can manage all your network details, billing related information and how new users are invited.
Lets see how you can do all these in the following steps:
Editing your organisation name and address:
Click on Edit under the reference code to edit the name.
To change the location you can click on the pencil icon next to Location to edit the address.
Preferences:
You can configure how new users can join your network. There are two ways how you can define new joinees.
With Invite - New users will receive the unique code by SMS and Email. They can use the link to directly join your network.
Without Invite - New users can create their account in Boombirds and simply enter the Reference code when starting.
When you enable users to join without an invite, you can specify whether it is applicable only for Customers or both Customers and Workforce (Employees) as well.
You can change your billing currency from the dropdown list.
The same goes for the time zone as well. Choose your timezone from the drop-down.
Support Access:
This is very important in case you need assistance in configuration or you are facing some other issues. Our Customer support team members may ask you to provide temporary access to your network to help you fix the issue.
You can grant/revoke access by clicking the Grant Access / Revoke Access button in the network profile page. The Customer Support Executive will have access to your network only for the time frame, you enable it. Rest assured your data is of the utmost importance to us.
About:
You can click Edit and add a short description about your company (as applicable)
License Details:
You find all the license details related to this network in this section.
Available: Number of licenses that are yet to be assigned to Employees.
Reserved: These are number of licenses for which you have invited Employees but they have not yet joined your network.
Used: Number of licenses that are currently being used.
Planned: This is total number of licenses that you have purchased.
Whenever you are inviting new users into Boombirds, you can create a template for the welcome message by clicking New Message. (You can configure custom templates for your Customers and a separate one for your Employees as well).
Billing:
This same information can be found under the Billing section in the main menu.
Only Network Owners will have access to the Billing menu. From this page, you can increase or decrease the number of licenses, by clicking the RENEW/MANAGE button.
This will take you to the popup shown below.
This gives you all the information about your current plan, expiry date and your cost per month. Click on Modify to increase or decrease the licenses.
Click on the Increase Tab to add more licenses and Decrease tab to reduce the number of licenses. Use the Plus (+) and Minus (-) buttons to add or subtract the number of licenses chosen.
Note: This is in addition to the existing number of licenses.
Let's assume you have a monthly subscription of 5 licenses. And you need 15 more licenses. Choose Increase, input 15 (number of additional licenses) and click Confirm to add them.
This page also shows you the total cost you would incur after increasing or decreasing the licenses.
