Now with Boombirds, you can have peace of mind. Rest assured, your employees can access all relevant information, that has been permitted by the Admin, in one single place called My Groups
It is your one-stop-shop to find out anything you might need - such as employee number, contact number or even customer information.Β
To start click on My Groups from the main menu.
This will take you to the My Groups page, where you can view all the Groups (or teams) you are part of.Β

Each card represents a group that you are part of, clicking on it will display the other members who are part of the same group.
Here All Employees (as the name suggests) contains only employees in it. On the other hand if you open a Customer group (Yes, in Boombirds you will be able to create groups for Customers and assign a specific group of employees to take responsibility for any tasks/jobs related to them) you will find both Employees and Customers in it.
When you click on a particular Employee or Customer, you will be able to see the information that is made available to the employees.
This information could be a company registration number or contact details of the firm etc. (Essentially whatever your Network Owner has determined should be stored)

You also have the option to search the Group and find relevant information. For example, from the Group All Customers you can search for any information for a particular client and use it whenever it is needed.
