It’s good to be back again with more exciting features! So, without further ado, here we are with the latest from the Boombirds Nest!

Time Log Reports:

You asked we listened! #1 πŸ‘

One of the most requested features was to be able to have an easily accessible daily log of activities being carried out for your teams.

So now you can see how much time was spent on service requests, by team and individual or even by all employees, over a 24-hour period.

Features:

o A simple and easy report generation tool to view and download the tasks worked on by a team and the time spent on it.

o A team and user level compilation of the service requests worked on during the selected timeframe

o A granular level report broken down by individual team members and the actions performed in every service request worked on by them

o Easily download the report in excel format

o In-app and email notifications when the time log report is generated

Bulk upload of users:

You asked we listened! #2 πŸ‘

Our second most popular request was an easy way to upload users (either employees or customers) in bulk.

This handy feature does just that - in one go using a predefined template.

Features:

o Instant upload of users using a predefined excel format – with the option of inviting them anytime later

o Progress status of upload requested and confirmation/failure intimation

o Easy download of user information in a simple Excel format including system-defined and additional fields

o Provision of a β€˜History’ option to view the list of actions performed and their status

Notifying users of Email changes:❗

In-app and email notifications will be sent to users if their email address in the network has been changed – with instructions to verify the new email address to receiving service updates.

Beat Management:

Following the recent release of the Beat feature, we have enhanced it further. You can now decide whether services and/or consignments are applicable for a Beat.

Service Board for Customers:

To make it even easier for customers we have split their view into two separate menus. Now the Wallboard is solely for general communications and announcements, while My Requests is the one place customers go to view and create any new requests.

Field Trips user permissions

Following the recent release of the field trip feature, it is now possible to control whether a Field staff has permission to perform field trips and log customer visits during those trips.
