Open ‘My Time Log’ and select the date range using the ‘preference’ tab.
Click on the ‘+’ symbol of the corresponding date on which the changes are going to be made. A pop-up box for add and offset duration will appear.
To add time log, select add duration from the box.
Select the Service Request using the search bar corresponding to which time log is made and proceed.
Select the duration of the activity and proceed
Details of overlapping duration will also be displayed, to make prompt corrections.
Once the duration details are entered, proceed to add the duration with the description of the task.
The time log manually added will be reflected in every report generated in Boombirds.
To remove the time log, set the date range and select ‘offset duration’ option to the corresponding date.
Once you select the Service Request, you have to select the activity slot from which the time has to be reduced and proceed.
Out of the selected time slot, specify the range of time to offset the duration with the reason on the notes section an proceed.
That is how we perform bulk actions using the action board feature.
