DASHBOARD

The dashboard is a visual display of all of your data in Boombirds. While it can be used in all kinds of different ways, its primary intention is to provide information at-a-glance, such as KPIs, status, priority. Using Boombirds dashboard, you can see all of your data in one place and make informed decisions.

The dashboard provides you with information on various metrics, as well as many customizable inclusions and features. Our settings are customizable and can be downloaded with a single click.

Dashboard View

The dashboard view is not available for everyone. To enable the Dashboard view for the workforce, user permission has to be changed. And select the edit option of the respective user role.

For the user to have a Dashboard view, it is mandatory to provide the Account Activity view.

Turn on the Account Activity toggle to enable the Dashboard view toggle. Turn on the Dashboard view toggle and save it.

You can find the Dashboard feature under the Boards section.

By default, the dashboard list out the requests by the service types with hyperlinks that will direct you to the list of service requests.

The dashboard also provides you the Users vs. Service Request Ratio report which helps in the efficient allocation of resources for a service.

You can change the date range based on your requirement using the ‘Dashboard Preference’ option on the top right corner.

The dashboard provides you reports on various dimensions as Service KPI, Status of the SR, Priority, and additional reporting dimensions can also be configured.
