Compliance Scorecard has to be configured for the required service in the service templates.

Go to, Configure > Services > Service List > Choose a service to configure

Go to the ‘Preference Tab’ of the template

Enable the ‘Service Compliance SLA & KPI' toggle. You can also modify the scores using the modify option.

Go to the ‘Workflow’ tab to configure the audit checklists

Go to the preferred step in the SOP, to configure the checklists.

Scroll down to find the ‘Checklist tab’. Click on ‘Add’ to create a checklist.

Select the ‘Audit Checklist’ option for the scorecard.

Enter the checklist description

The audit result can be edited using the edit option based on the requirement

You can also disable the ‘Partially Complaint’ and ‘Not Applicable’ options. Click next to change the preferences.

Enable the toggles as per the requirement for proof attachment and comments. The toggle for ‘exclude from scorecard’ will allow you to provide a score for the checklist without being part of the average score for the service. Click Save.

When you create a service request, you will see the audit checklist that we configured as below.

Select the checklist to provide a score.

Based on the checklist provide a score by selecting the rankings/rating option.

The average score will be displayed on the top right.

The average score will be displayed on the service request on the service board.

The scorecard can be configured as per the requirement. It can be for customer satisfaction rating or quality of a product or timely filing of return or risk compliance
