The customer service log is the same as the Customer Time Log report. The dimension of the report alone varies. Customer Service Log classifies the reports by activities performed and subclassifies by the employees.
Unlike the customer time log report (duration of one month), this report can be downloaded for a maximum of one year. This report is not available for a customer group.
Go to, Reports > Customer Service Log > Generate
Choose the preference of date range and select the customer and generate the report
The report can be expanded to view the details of the assignee for a particular service.
This report can be viewed from the browser page of Boombirds or downloaded in excel format.
