Service requests that move from Ongoing to status to the Completed or Cancelled status are now easy to track from the ‘Reports’ section. Take a look at this video to find out how to filter reports and seamlessly track completed and cancelled service requests:

Accessing the ‘Reports’ section displays the number of service requests at various stages of completion for the specified time
Click on the ‘Status’ option from the dropdown on the top right of the screen and select ‘Completed’ or ‘Cancelled’ in the empty field
