Do away with manually creating and scheduling service requests. With Boombirds, you can now create recurring service policies that automatically trigger the creation of service requests for a set time frame. Take a look at this video to learn about recurring service requests and how to set them up within Boombirds:

 In summary,

Click on the ‘Configure’ option in the main menu and then access the ‘Recurrence Policy’ tab on the top of your screen

Click on the ‘Plus’ symbol on the bottom right of the page to add a new recurrence policy

Select the type of service request, frequency, start and end date of the policy as indicated. Choose the date from which the service request is created and click on ‘Proceed’

Click on ‘Add New Customer’ and select the Customers or Customer Groups you would like the service request to apply to and click on ‘Proceed’

Enter in the details of the recurring service request and click on proceed

Click here to configure your first Recurrence Policy
