As Peter Drucker - Father of Management, is quoted often saying "you can't manage what you can't measure".
At Boombirds we take this insight very seriously because to stay competitive, businesses need to evolve and adapt to new environments. What better way than to get customized reports which help you to generate insights and identify bottlenecks.
Boombirds offers an array of reports, which provides a rich data summary for an overview, and you also get the option to drill down deep into each of the workflows that have been completed/canceled to get a better understanding of what has happened in every stage.
In summary,
Click on "Reports" tab from the menu to go to reports sections.
By default, you will be taken to the "Service Request" reports section. In this tab, you will get reports based on the Service Requests/tasks/jobs that have been completed in the specified date range.
It displays the total number of tasks that have been created, the number of tasks completed, the number of tasks got canceled, and the number of tasks that are in the process (ongoing).
As you can see from the image above, there were a huge number of tasks that were canceled, to find out more about why they were canceled simply click on each task number to get more information.
As an example, if you need to know how many tasks have been completed in January, you can choose the time frame in which you need to generate the reports in From & To date fields.
You also have the option of filtering it based on the
Creation Date - when was the task created,
Service Date - when was the actual due date of the task,
Completion Date - when the task was actually completed.
You can access these from the drop-down list in the right corner above the date range.
Once you have set the time frame and type of filter to get the customized report you can download the data in excel format and use it anywhere you want. To download the report click on the download icon at the top right corner.
You will be taken to the page where you have to select whether you wish to include all the form data you have captured at various stages of fulfillment.
Click "Proceed" to download the reports.
Once the task is completed or canceled, it will be archived in the reports section. You can also search through the entire tasks list to get that one particular task.
You can search using the unique SR (Service Request) number assigned to the task, SR Type denotes the template/type of the task performed, Status - whether it is completed or canceled, Assignee - who the task is assigned to, Customer - which customer the task is assigned.
Note: To get a report of all the tasks assigned to an employee/team, use Assignment Reports.
