Measuring performance is not an easy task. It includes a huge number of variables. At Boombirds, we strive to make performance measurable as much as possible.

Performance Reports give you the ability to measure in terms of number tasks/jobs an employee or a team as a whole has been able to accomplish in the specified time frame.

This a powerful tool through which we can compare the performance of an employee for a certain period against a relative period. One important example could be to identify top performers, another could be to compare various teams and identify which team is facing issues, intending to resolve them at the earliest.

In Summary,

Click on "Reports" from the menu.

Click on "Assignment Reports" to get started.

You will be taken to the Assignment reports page, where by default you will be in the "Team" tab. You can see all your teams listed down. Choose the team for which you wish to generate the performance report. You are also required to input the time frame for which the report should be generated.

To search for a specific team, start to enter the name of the team in the search bar and it will be found automatically. It can then be selected.

To select for a particular Service Type ( template/ Service Offering) e.g. Individual IT filing (in an Audit example), click on the "For Service Type" drop-down to select it.

Once you have filled in all the details, it will look like this.

If you have selected a team, the grey color tick mark will turn green indicating the selection. Once you have selected the teams, click on "View Report"  to get the reports.

Active tab shows the number of tasks that are in progress. Here 3 denotes the count.
History tab shows the number of tasks that are either completed/canceled.

Clicking on the tabs shows their respective task list. You can click on the SR number to get more information about that particular ticket.

You can click on "Modify" to change the parameters to search.
