Imagine having to manually create and configure all your workflows from scratch. Sounds tedious, right? Not anymore. With Boombirds, you can simply clone workflows from other templates and even other workspaces in two minutes. Follow the steps in the video below to learn how:
In summary,
Navigate to the ‘Configure’ option from the main menu and choose ‘Services’
Click on the ‘Plus’ symbol on the bottom right of the page and click on ‘Clone from Template’
Choose an existing service type to clone under the ‘Categories’ menu
Alternatively, choose a service type from another workspaces from the ‘Clone from’ dropdown and select the workflow to be cloned. Click on ‘Import This’ to select the service type
Enter details of the cloned workflow and click on ‘Create’
Navigate to the permissions tab and choose the team the service type is assigned to by default under the ‘By Default Assigned to’ tab
Check and review the workflow and hit ‘Publish’ in the ‘Publish’ Tab
