When delivery happens via Boombirds, you can get deeper and more meaningful insights from the various reports at your disposal. With the help of these wide varieties of reports, you can identify bottlenecks in your operations and manage them effectively.

In Summary,

Click on the "Reports" tab to access all these reports.

Trip Based Reports:

Click on the "Trip" to access the trip based reports.

The Top row gives you consolidated information for the chosen time frame. You can choose the date range using the "From" and "To" fields.

Total Trips - gives you the total count of trips made.
Exceptions - Due to some unforeseen situations if they trip had been cancelled it will come under exceptions.
Pitstops - Number of breaks taken by drivers before completing the trip.

In the Trip Reports page, in addition to choosing the time frame, you can also filter based on Assigned on or Completed on.

If you choose Assigned on a report of all the trips that were assigned during that date range will be displayed. This will include trips that have been assigned but not yet completed.

If you choose "Completed on", you will get the list of trips that were completed within the specified date range. This will include trips that were started before the dates specified but were completed in the specified time frame.

If you want to search for one of your previous trips that were Completed or Canceled you can also do that here.

You have the flexibility to search by Trip Name - that you gave during the creation of trip, Vehicle - Registered Number of the vehicle, and also the Trip no - which is the unique number assigned to each trip.

Incentive Based Reports:

From the Reports page, click on Incentive to get to the Incentives Reports page.

With incentive-based reports, you can track your payouts and any surcharges that you may incur during the delivery.

As with all our reports, the top row gives the summary. Here it shows you

Total Trips - Total number of trips made in the given date range.
Total Expense - Aggregate of the expenses made for all those trips. ( Incentive + surcharge)
Total Incentive - Total incentive paid to the drivers. What part of the expense constitutes the incentive.
Total Surcharge - Sum of all the surcharges that you paid to drivers for the trips made in the date range.
Avg. Expense/Trip - This denotes the average expense you incurred for each trip.

You can also find out how much has been paid to a particular driver from this report by searching for that Driver in the search bar.

Select the Driver from the drop-down menu, as shown in the image above. Then from the list of drivers that will be displayed select the driver you want to get the incentive report.

And you can download all this information in Excel, by clicking the download button at the right top.

Pit-stop Based Reports:

From the reports section, click on the Pitstop to get reports on how much time the drivers have spent on breaks and breakdown issues. This will help you to get better control over the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) for future deliveries. If a particular route is taking longer than usual, you may also be considering changing the route or your delivery plan.

The top row shows you,
Total Pitstops - Number of pitstops taken by the driver for all the trips filtered out.
Total Pitstop Time - This gives the total hours spent in breaks during the delivery.
Avg. Pitstop per trip - How many pitstops have been made before the trip is completed.
Avg. Pitstop time - This gives you the average length of each pitstop that is taken.

If you want the number of pitstops taken in a particular trip, you search for that trip from the top search bar, by selecting the Trip No and selecting the trip from the list that will be displayed.

If you would like to know the time that was spent on the repair and maintenance of vehicles during the delivery, you can select the Pitstop Type and select General maintenance to get that report. This will greatly help to know where you are facing issues, to help resolve them immediately.

You can also get driver-based Pitstop reports, to identify top-performing individuals who take the least amount of break time and set up benchmarks accordingly.

Field Services Based Report:

Click on Field Services to view the field services report.

As you can see from the above image,

Total Requests - Gives the total number of service requests you have received in the date range.
Total Services - gives the total number of services that has been performed by your field staff.
Note: One Service Request may contain request for multiple services to be performed in different locations.

On clicking the Service Request No, the card will expand to show you the locations where you have performed the service.
