In addition to tracking the delivery of consignments, with Boombirds, you can create customised reports based on the consignments delivered.
This will help you to identify the bottlenecks in your delivery pipeline and to compare your performance year-on-year or on a month-on-month basis.
In Summary,
From the main menu click on the Reports tab to get the reports.
Once you are in the Reports page, click on Consignment to get consignment based reports.
Total Requests - gives you the number of Service requests that have been made.
Total Consignments - gives you the total number of consignments you have actually shipped based on the requests.
You can also choose the date range for which you need to generate the consignment report using the From and To date fields.
You will able to download the report in Excel format, by clicking the download button on the top right.
Clicking on the Service Request Number, the card will expand to show you the pick-up and drop locations.
